Utensils


  • Storage flask with lid
  • Electric hand whisk
  • Scales
  • Measuring jug for oil



Ingredients


  • 2 packs or good bunches of Basil
  • 1 large bunch or pack of Parsley
  • Generous handful of pine nuts
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped ( we like quite a lot and the flavour surprisingly gets lost in pasta!)
  • 100g of grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 150 ml good quality olive oil
  • Seasoning




Method


Combine all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz.    You can adjust amounts according to taste, but this pasta has a super flavour and is very popular with this family!


Cook's Note


Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for three months
