Orange, Banana and Courgette Cake

This cake is a delicious recipe by the wonderful Mary Berry.   We are very keen on veg and fruit in cakes and this one is an absolute winner.   To make it even healthier, I have substituted white plain flour for chestnut flour, which works fabulously in cakes and I usually tend to use Coconut or Palm sugar.
