Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Tart
with Goat's Cheese and Anchovy Stuffed Olives
Great flavours, easy to prepare and we love this with the vegan Seeded Oat, Rice and Almond Tart Crust. Filling, tasty, perfect with baby salad potatoes and a green salad, lightly dressed
This dish is so easy to make and the combination of fresh French Tarragon combined with the squeezed juices from fresh oranges with white wine make a wonderful tangy sauce to serve with pan roasted chicken and garnished with a dollop of either natural yogurt or creme frâiche and for an extra touch, try adding some toasted flaked almonds.
Salmon with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Spinach and Mascarpone
This is a fabulous way to cook fresh Atlantic Wild Salmon and to use Jersey New Royals and English Asparagus with a truly sensational sauce.
Green and Red Tomato Tart
This is a lovely dish to make at any time of the year, however towards the end of Summer, if you have a glut of green tomatoes, then you can use these very successfully in this tart. It comes with some fun garnishes which lift this dish to another level. Always an eye opener when entertaining!
